The Bahá'í House of Worship. The magnificent architecture of the temple is a reflection of the Baha'i Faith. The temple strives to educate visitors about the Baha'i Faith while providing a welcoming space for people to worship.
Centennial Park and Recreation Center host an indoor swimming pool, ice rinks, and tennis courts. The ice rink is home to the Wilmette Hockey Association and other local hockey clubs Members of the park can also reserve a plot in the community gardens to grow plants and vegetables to show off their green thumbs.
What's better than relaxing on the beach on a hot summer day?
Gillson Park and Beach is 60 acres of fun that families and residents have enjoyed for decades. Guests can have a picnic in the pavilion and then go for a dive at the swimming beach. There is even a Dog Beach, allowing for off-leash play for pet owners to enjoy.
